This in turn will help us to identify any areas which need to be addressed in order to achieve the maximum rent, find a suitable tenant and minimise the void period.

Our teams are at hand 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to deal with all aspects of property maintenance. Tenancy Fees

Once you've found the perfect property and your offer has been accepted, we'll start preparing the tenancy agreement and organising everything for the commencement date. Below is a list of what you can expect to pay:

 

Administration  Fee* - £200.00 per Person 

*This is a Fixed Fee charged per person. It covers the costs of drawing up the Tenancy Agreement, negotiating the Tenancy, verifying references and carrying out a Credit Check.

 

Security Deposit - 1 Month Rent.

This is to be held with The Deposit Protection Service.

Landlord Fees

• Let Only – 7%

• Rent Collection – 8%

• Full Management – 10%

Renewal Fees

• Let Only – 5%

• Rent Collection – 6%

• Full Management – 10%
